“The Global Day of Action of the ‘Support. Don’t Punish’ campaign is an important yearly moment of mobilisation for the global harm reduction and drug policy reform movement. Thousands of campaigners join this networked expression of support for approaches to drugs that reject violence and neglect, and promote sustainable and rights-affirming alternatives to the ‘war on drugs’. Dania led the complex process of organising, sourcing and processing hundreds of elements of feedback to produce an illustrated summary report of the themes, experiences, successes and learning from campaigners in nearly 100 countries worldwide. This was a highly ambitious task, requiring solid research, analytical, communications, and narrative skills. Dania excelled in all aspects of its realisation, preparing a carefully-contextualised, beautiful and compelling account of our campaign’s story. Her attention to detail, deep sense of solidarity, and ability to proactively navigate our needs in additive, propositional ways speak volumes of her professionalism. I hope that we get to work with Dania again and I would fully recommend her services in relation to research, communications and project management.”

“Dania compiled an excellent literature review for us on short notice. She worked from a distance but communicated clearly throughout and delivered an impeccable summary of the available scientific knowledge on the use of psychoactive plants as substitutes for people who use stimulant drugs. I would be very happy to work together with Dania again in the future.”

“Dania did an excellent job in her role as Community Manager for our organization, The Third Wave. She provided structure and consistency in expanding our social media reach and worked tirelessly to contribute to our larger mission of responsibly re-integrating psychedelics within mainstream culture. I recommend Dania, without hesitation, for any future roles she takes on.”

“Dania started working with TNI’s drugs programme as an intern and quickly convinced us all that she was a ‘keeper’. If funds allowed, we would have brought her on full-time straightaway, but at least she’s with us part-time now, doing social media for the programme and assisting in many other tasks including research and networking on cannabis policy reform in Indonesia (her home country) and Southeast Asia. She has brought new energy to the drugs team and to TNI as a whole and has done an amazing job with our social media outreach. And last but not least, she is a real pleasure to work with…”

“I worked with Dania volunteering for the COC Haaglanden in The Hague over the last year. We were involved with a Social/Support Group for international LGBT+ people living in the Netherlands. During this time I found Dania to be a very warm and caring person who always delivered on her promises providing great ideas and media materials from advertising posters to audio/video used in promotion of our group. She was a great advocate for our group and I would describe her best as force to be reckoned with.”
